Sometimes a design starts as a conversation with the client and can be quite an easy process with only a few discussion before work can commence.  In this case the client wanted to save the Magnolia tree, follow existing concrete paths, have the deck level with door opening for a wheel chair and because of this irrigation controls were to be moved.
