Commercial Space adding a loft

Empty space before work.

Notice minimal support structure and no loss of space below.  Sturdy floors able to support any weight needed by company and safety railing.  Also a custom ladder installed in back for easy access to the new loft.

Concrete block pillars, hand made tops and retaining wall

Water runoff is an issue for this property so a french type drain was installed behind retaining wall and connected to an existing drain line.

Sometimes a design starts as a conversation with the client and can be quite an easy process with only a few discussion before work can commence.  In this case the client wanted to save the Magnolia tree, follow existing concrete paths, have the deck level with door opening for a wheel chair and because of this irrigation controls were to be moved.

Motorized driveway gate construction

We are proud to produce lightweight and attractive motorized gates that provide security and easy access by using a car remote or button inside the house.  * that clicking sound is my cheap camera not the gate.
